The purchase includes three key production facilities and brings the iconic Ronzoni retail pasta brand under Richardson’s umbrella, alongside private label and foodservice offerings.
The launch comes at a time when demand for ready-to-cook and convenience foods is rising across the Middle East.
The noodles are currently available in Sainsbury’s stores and on Amazon, in 180g and 360g pack sizes.
The investment will be channelled into upgrading production lines, expanding milling operations, and enhancing export capabilities.
