LUXEMBOURG – CSM Ingredients, a Nexture company, has unveiled Creami®, a new comprehensive line of high-quality indulgent fillings designed for bakers, pastry artists, and confectionery professionals worldwide.
The product range marks a significant addition to the company’s portfolio and reflects growing collaboration within its parent group, Nexture.
Creami® will initially be available across key European markets, including Italy, Germany, France, Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg), Spain, Portugal, the UK, and Poland, with plans to expand into other international markets later.
Creami® is positioned as a versatile solution for professionals in the artisanal and industrial baking sectors, offering a broad spectrum of textures, from smooth and creamy to structured.
The range is built to meet the diverse technical and creative needs of pastry and confectionery work, from delicate layering to bold decorative applications.
The new line features multiple flavor profiles crafted to appeal to both traditional and contemporary tastes.
These include the authentic richness of hazelnut and pistachio, the deep intensity of cocoa, and the gentle sweetness of white chocolate.
The variety is intended to give professionals the flexibility to develop distinctive sweet goods across different market segments and consumer preferences.
A key technical feature of the Creami® range is its emphasis on stability. The fillings have been engineered to perform across a variety of applications, including filling, layering, and decorating, with specific bake-stable solutions also available.

The range also includes bake stable solutions as well as options formulated to deliver unparalleled texture experiences. Among these, in particular, the two flavors “Crunchy Pistachio” and “Crunchy Hazelnut” were created by enriching the fillings with caramelized Kataifi inclusions, a uniqueness made possible thanks to the expertise of Casa della Mandorla, also a Nexture company, specialized in the production of nuts, dried fruit and pralines.
This addresses one of the more persistent challenges in professional baking, where fillings must retain their texture, structure, and flavor integrity even under heat exposure during the baking process.
