Under the new structure, Alessandro Nervegna, previously Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, will be appointed CEO of Ferrero Core while Lapo Civiletti, the current CEO, will continue with the company as Vice President, Ferrero International S.A., and will assume the newly created role of President of Ferrero Ice Cream and WK Kellogg Co.
The group posted a 4.6% increase versus the prior year, driven by innovation across its confectionery and breakfast categories and by geographic expansion following strategic deals.
The Nuaré range will be officially presented at Food Ingredients Europe 2025 in Paris – December 2-4, 2025.
The deal signals Ferrero’s continued push into the United States market.
The combined entity will offer tailored formulation development, application testing, and scalable delivery to industrial bakeries and food manufacturers seeking transparency, sustainability, and nutrition in their ingredient sourcing.
