The launches mark New York Bakery’s first entry into the frozen snacks aisle while adding premium, shareable formats to its core frozen bread range.

The facility is expected to process 80 million bushels of soybeans annually, producing about 1 billion pounds of soybean oil and 2 million tons of soybean meal.

These projects build on Cargill’s broader renewable electricity efforts, including six VPPAs in North America and a global portfolio of more than 100 renewable energy projects across 30 countries.
