The COMPASS sorter is a belt-fed system engineered to detect and remove product defects and foreign materials (FM) with high precision.

Priced at £3.50 (US$4.71) for a pack of six (130g), the bites are now available at major UK retailers including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Ocado.

The rollout spans multiple formats, from handheld slices to family-sized sharing pies, designed to appeal to both traditional pie lovers and adventurous foodies.

The extruder features patented DensiFlex™ technology, which automates cooking and expansion to ensure consistent product quality.

The venture will be majority-owned by Alltech and overseen by a board with
equal representation from both partners.
