The appointment comes shortly after Bauducco opened its largest US manufacturing facility in Zephyrhills, Florida, strengthening the company’s domestic production capacity and positioning it for further growth in North America.
The opening aligns with surging consumer demand across North American retail channels for convenient, high-protein snacks and specialized nutrition products with clean-label credentials.
The facility is designed to support growing demand for bakery products in Western Australia while bringing production closer to major customers.
The agreement will make Caputo’s “00” Baking Flour and “00” Bread Flour available across all 20 Woodman’s locations, strengthening the company’s access to American home bakers and culinary enthusiasts.
The flour acts as a wheat flour replacement and is made with gluten-free ingredients, including whole grain brown rice flour, whole grain sorghum flour, sweet white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour and xanthan gum.
