USA – Ferrero’s Keebler snack brand has introduced its new addition to the E.L. Fudge portfolio: the E.L. Fudge Choco Vanilla Cookies, that feature a delicious vanilla-flavored crème filling encased in chocolate fudge.
The cookies celebrate Ernie and his elf friends—Ella, Leonardo, Buckets, Elwood, and the newest member, Joy—by being shaped like these characters.
Consumers can scan the E.L. Fudge Choco Vanilla Cookie packaging to access the Open for Magic digital platform, where they can read new stories about Ernie and his elf pals.
Keebler has been actively expanding its product lineup. In January, the brand launched Fudge Stripes Double Fudge Cookies, which are the first permanent addition to the Keebler Fudge Stripes portfolio.
These cookies combine a crispy chocolate base with a rich fudge coating to achieve a perfect balance of texture and flavor in every bite.
Last year, Keebler partnered with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to launch limited-edition “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” dark chocolate and vanilla fudge stripes to commemorate the release of the upcoming cinematic sequel.
This cookie offering featured a unique black-and-white design: a dark chocolate shortbread cookie topped with vanilla-flavored fudge stripes resembling Beetlejuice’s iconic suit.
The limited-edition “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” cookies were available at retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of US$4.80.
The Keebler Company, an American cookie manufacturer, was founded in 1853 and has produced a variety of baked snacks, famously advertised by the Keebler Elves.
Keebler brands include Cheez-It, Chips Deluxe, Club Crackers, E.L. Fudge Cookies, Famous Amos, Fudge Shoppe Cookies, Murray Cookies, Austin, Plantation, Vienna Fingers, Town House Crackers, Wheatables, Sandie’s Shortbread, Pizzarias Pizza Chips, Chachos, and Zesta Crackers, among others.
In 2019, Kellogg’s sold the cookie line and the rights to the Keebler name to the Ferrero Group, separating them from the cracker line, which is now marketed under the Kellogg’s or Sunshine brands.
Ferrero Group, an Italian multinational company owned by the Ferrero family, is headquartered in Alba. Founded in 1946, it is the second-largest chocolate producer and confectionery company in the world.
