Brami protein pasta launches at Costco in multi-region rollout

USA – Brami, a pasta manufacturer known for its protein-filled offerings, has officially launched its Italian Protein Pasta at Costco, marking a major milestone in its retail expansion.

The rollout spans six key Costco regions: Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, Midwest, Texas, and San Diego, bringing Brami’s nutrient-rich pasta to thousands of new households.

Crafted in Molise, Italy, Brami’s pasta is made with just two ingredients: premium Italian durum wheat semolina and whole-milled lupini bean flour.

This innovative pasta is a clean-label product that features 70% more protein, 25% fewer net carbs, and three times the fiber of traditional pasta.

“This is a major milestone for Brami,” said founder and CEO Aaron Gatti.

“Very few emerging brands are invited to launch in this many Costco regions during their first rotation. It’s a strong vote of confidence in what we’re building. Our pasta adds protein and fiber through natural ingredients, creating a convenient, all-in-one meal that doesn’t sacrifice taste”.

The launch also introduces Brami’s refreshed brand identity, developed in collaboration with LA and NYC design studio Day Job.

Inspired by vintage Italian modernism, the new packaging reflects Brami’s evolution from cult-favorite snack brand to a full-fledged pantry staple.

To amplify the debut, Brami is activating a multi-city tasting tour this fall, partnering with chefs and creators in New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Diego, and Atlanta.

The roadshow aims to build consumer engagement and drive trial at scale.

Founded by first-generation Italian-American Aaron Gatti, Brami draws inspiration from Mediterranean slow-food traditions and the ancient lupini bean, a superfood once favored by Roman warriors.

With its Costco launch and expanded retail footprint, Brami is redefining pasta for the modern, health-conscious consumer.

As the brand continues its upward trajectory, the Costco partnership signals a broader shift in consumer demand for clean, functional foods that don’t compromise on flavor or heritage.
