Arabian Mills reports higher 2025 profit as expansion plans move ahead

Saudi flour and feed producer records higher earnings while moving ahead with new milling projects in Riyadh and Hail.

SAUDI ARABIA – Arabian Mills for Food Products Co., a leading flour and feed producer, reported higher earnings for 2025 as the company increased sales in its flour and feed business and tightened cost control.

The Saudi milling company said net profit reached US$63.2 million (SAR 237 million) for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025. The result marks an 11 percent rise compared with 2024.

Revenue also grew during the year. The company reported total revenue of US$265.9 million (SAR 997.7 million), which represents a 2.2 percent increase.

Arabian Mills linked the growth to stronger sales across its core product lines and improved control of general and administrative costs.

“Our focus on expanding market share in both B2B and B2C segments supported stable revenue growth and improved profitability,” the company said in its March 12 statement.

Flour sales recorded the strongest growth among the company’s business lines. Arabian Mills reported flour revenue of US$11.2 million (SAR 42 million), which reflects a 7.9 percent increase from the previous year.

The company also reported growth in its feed business. Feed revenue reached US$1.8 million (SAR 6.7 million), up 3.6 percent, driven mainly by higher demand from livestock producers.

Bran sales declined during the year. The company directed more bran into feed production to meet rising demand in the feed market.

“We directed more bran into feed production to support higher demand from livestock customers,” the company said.

Capacity expansion underway

Arabian Mills also advanced its milling expansion plan in Saudi Arabia. On March 3, the company signed two contracts worth SAR 71.2 million (US$19 million) with Switzerland based Bühler AG.

The agreement covers equipment supply and technical design services for new and upgraded facilities in Riyadh and Hail. Bühler will also supervise project execution.

Under the plan, Arabian Mills will build a new flour mill in Riyadh with a capacity of 800 tonnes per day. The company will also install a new feed mill at the same site with capacity of 400 tonnes per day.

In Hail, the project will upgrade the current flour mill and increase production capacity to 150 tonnes per day.

“These projects will support rising demand for flour used by bakeries, food manufacturers and retailers, while also strengthening supply for livestock and poultry feed,” the company said.

Arabian Mills expects the new facilities to support earnings once operations begin.
