Nestlé has committed to advancing regenerative food systems at scale and aims to source 50% of its key ingredients from farmers adopting regenerative agriculture practices by 2030.

The update forms part of Barilla’s broader sustainability strategy, which seeks to integrate environmentally responsible farming methods while securing a reliable supply of high-quality raw materials for its pasta, bakery, and snack products.

The achievement forms part of Mars’ broader Sustainable in a Generation Plan, which aims to cut emissions throughout its value chain while supporting the transition to cleaner energy sources.

The report covers the period January 1 to December 31, 2025, and is presented as the company’s second ESG focused sustainability disclosure, aligning its disclosures with national and international reporting standards.
