Lorraine De Graaff’s appointment is a move Tiger Brands says will strengthen leadership across Group Marketing and Research & Development as it seeks to drive growth across its portfolio of iconic brands.

Mary Shafer Malicki resigned from the board, while Rohit Bhardwaj and Mike Frank will not stand for reelection at the 2026 annual shareholder meeting.

The move expands the Global Leadership Team segment as the company reinforces supply operations across brands, including Ben’s Original and Dolmio.

The association believes Kuester’s experience in building high‑performing teams and aligning commercial, supply‑chain and operational strategies made her the preferred candidate to guide SNAC through a period of industry change and opportunity.
