Versloot’s decision to retire follows a period of strong growth, with the company achieving double-digit revenue increases over the past three years.
Both will report directly to Mick Beekhuizen, the president and chief executive officer, and will be members of Campbell’s operating committee.
Notably, Bernado Hees, the former CEO of Kraft Heinz, is one of the nominees.
Current CEO Stefan Scheiber will be proposed as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in February 2026, succeeding Calvin Grieder.
The elections, held in April 2025, brought together representatives from over 160 feed factories and multiple flour associations that influence more than 85% of national production.
