Pipp & Co expands its pastry line with new flavors

All Pipp & Co’s products are made from natural ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives; there are no hydrogenated fats, no palm oils, or GMOs.

UK – Artisan bakery Pipp & Co, based in Swindon, has unveiled an exciting expansion of its retail pastry lineup with three innovative new offerings, marking its first venture beyond its signature doughnuts and cruffins.

Launching this January 2026, the additions include a decadent Butterscotch & Pecan Knot, a classic Plain Croissant, and an indulgent Almond Croissant, all crafted from hand-laminated, hand-crafted pastry using only natural ingredients without preservatives.

Available online, at Pipp & Co’s market stalls, and select stockists, these pastries cater to the growing demand for premium, ethically produced baked goods in the competitive UK artisan scene.

The Butterscotch & Pecan Knot steals the spotlight with its rich, gooey filling of butterscotch sauce intertwined with crunchy pecans, encased in flaky laminated dough, a perfect fusion of sweet and nutty for coffee breaks or afternoon treats.

Complementing it, the Plain Croissant delivers buttery perfection straight from the oven, ideal for purists, while the Almond Croissant amps up indulgence with a frangipane filling, toasted almonds, and a light drizzle of icing.

All Pipp & Co’s products are made from natural ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives; there are no hydrogenated fats, no palm oils, or GMOs.

The business is committed to small-batch production and handcrafted quality and recently won a national food award for one of its vegan doughnuts.

This trio builds on Pipp & Co’s reputation for plant-based innovations, such as recent vegan doughnuts in mango-Tajín, raspberry-basil, and rhubarb-ginger, while broadening its appeal to everyday pastry lovers.

Pipp & Co’s growth reflects the UK bakery market’s surge, where consumers increasingly seek traceable, high-quality items amid rising vegan and allergen-free trends.

The launch coincides with plans for wider distribution, including more markets and online nationwide shipping, boosting accessibility from Wiltshire to London.

As 2026 kicks off, these pastries position Pipp & Co as a trailblazer in Swindon’s vibrant food scene, challenging larger chains with small-batch excellence.

Retail availability will include online orders and direct sales at market stalls, with plans to test demand before wider distribution.

The expansion is framed as a strategic step to increase retail presence while maintaining supply to trade and wholesale partners.

Late last year, Pipp & Co expanded into breakfast cereal with new product portfolio featuring granolas, mueslis, and crunchy clusters inspired by the bakery’s most popular recipes.
