Pipp & Co expands into breakfast cereal with new product portfolio

The new range, unveiled this week, features granolas, mueslis, and crunchy clusters inspired by the bakery’s most popular recipes.

UK – Pipp & Co, the award-winning artisan bakery celebrated for its handcrafted breads and pastries, is taking a bold step into a new category with the launch of preservative-free breakfast cereals.

Known for its commitment to natural ingredients and traditional baking methods, the bakery is now extending its philosophy of wholesome craftsmanship to the cereal aisle, offering consumers a healthier and more flavorful start to their mornings.

This expansion follows the bakery’s recent success at the PETA Food Awards, where its rhubarb and ginger jam vegan doughnut was named a standout winner.

The new range, unveiled this week, features granolas, mueslis, and crunchy clusters inspired by the bakery’s most popular recipes.

Pipp & Co is launching two cereals, staying true to its ethos of using only quality ingredients, with no additives or preservatives.

The two varieties, seed and maple granola, and apricot, cranberry and seed muesli, are based on family recipes, and available for retail as well as for wholesale.

Both lines are crafted using high-quality ingredients and designed for retail shelves, café breakfast menus, farm shops, and grab-and-go merchandising.

Each cereal is made with locally sourced grains, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, carefully blended to deliver both nutrition and taste.

By eliminating preservatives, Pipp & Co aims to provide a product that reflects the same freshness and authenticity that customers have come to expect from its bakery shelves.

The Seed and Maple Granola is made in small batches with oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and real Canadian maple syrup, while Apricot, Cranberry, and Seed Muesli is a premium fruit-and-seed blend.

Alongside the cereal launch, Pipp & Co has expanded its savoury selection following successful five-month wholesale trials with new vegetarian offerings including Spinach and Feta Brioche Pastry Diamonds, and Brioche Cheddar, Cream Cheese, and Chive Pinwheels.

These items are supplied fresh but are designed to be frozen on the day of purchase to help retail partners eliminate waste.
