The investment includes the launch of a new production line, which will boost its hourly output to 6 tons.

TURKEY – Pastavilla, one of Turkey’s leading premium pasta manufacturers, has announced a major expansion initiative that will increase its production capacity by 40%.
The move comes as part of the company’s ongoing strategy to meet rising global demand and strengthen its position in the international pasta market.
The investment includes the launch of a new production line, which will boost its hourly output to 6 tons.
This development is expected to significantly enhance the company’s annual production, which currently stands at 300,000 tons, and support its growing export footprint across nearly 100 countries, including key markets in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Pastavilla’s facility spans 350 decares and houses Turkey’s first government-certified Research & Development laboratory, underscoring its commitment to innovation and quality.
The company’s product portfolio includes traditional pasta varieties as well as speciality offerings like Veggipasta, catering to both conventional and health-conscious consumers.
Commenting on the expansion, General Manager Dilara Arslan emphasised the importance of the new production line in reinforcing Pastavilla’s infrastructure and export capabilities.
“Thanks to our R&D investments, we are able to develop differentiated products that better meet consumer expectations. Our new production line is an important step that supports this process,” Arslan stated.
The investment aligns with broader trends in the food industry, where demand for high-quality, functional, and diverse pasta products continues to grow.
Pastavilla’s focus on clean-label ingredients and dietary innovation positions it well to capitalise on these shifts.
Industry analysts view the expansion as a strategic move that not only boosts output but also enhances Turkey’s reputation as a hub for premium pasta manufacturing.
With global pasta consumption on the rise and supply chains evolving, Pastavilla’s increased capacity is expected to play a pivotal role in meeting both domestic and international demand.
The company’s long-term vision includes further innovation in product development and continued investment in sustainable manufacturing practices.
As Pastavilla scales up, it remains committed to delivering quality, variety, and reliability, hallmarks that have defined its brand for decades.
This latest investment marks a significant milestone in Pastavilla’s growth journey, reinforcing its leadership in the pasta sector and setting the stage for future expansion in global markets.
Additionally, Pastavilla has once again earned the title of “Best Quality Pasta Manufacturer” from the QUDAL – Quality Medal certification program by ICERTIAS.
This honor, received for the second consecutive year, is based entirely on consumer voting, reflecting strong public endorsement. ICERTIAS determines winners by analyzing consumer satisfaction and behavior trends within the Turkish market.
