Kemin Food Technologies unveils next-gen OLESSENCE™ natural solutions

The OLESSENCE™ line is designed to meet the rising consumer demand for fresh foods made with natural, label-friendly ingredients.

EMEA – Kemin Food Technologies, a business unit of the global ingredient manufacturer Kemin Industries, has launched the next generation of its OLESSENCE™ natural solutions product line, expanding its portfolio of natural, clean-label solutions designed to improve food freshness, flavor, and shelf life for food producers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

This expansion includes two new formulations: OLESSENCE™ G Liquid and OLESSENCE™ P Dry, which build on the success of the original OLESSENCE™ B Liquid, which was introduced last year for the bakery segment.

The OLESSENCE™ line is designed to meet the rising consumer demand for fresh foods made with natural, label-friendly ingredients.

Its active compounds offer secondary antioxidant benefits, helping food manufacturers maintain product quality and reduce waste.

OLESSENCE™ P Dry is a Mediterranean-inspired dry blend of plant extracts tailored for the meat and poultry industry.

It combines two sustainable, plant-based ingredients that reflect the biodiversity and health benefits of the Mediterranean diet.

This formulation is designed to preserve freshness, reduce oxidation, and meet the growing consumer demand for natural and transparent food ingredients.

A key feature across the OLESSENCE™ line is the use of olive extract, one of the most recognized and trusted ingredients among consumers.

This ingredient not only contributes to flavor and freshness but also aligns with clean-label trends and sustainability goals.

The entire OLESSENCE™ range is now available to food producers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), offering scalable solutions for both small and large-scale operations.
