USA – Ingredion Incorporated, a global leader in ingredient solutions for the food and beverage industry, has announced the appointment of Patrick Kalotis as Executive Vice President of Global Texture & Healthful Solutions, effective December 1, 2025.
Kalotis will report directly to President and CEO Jim Zallie and will join the company’s executive leadership team.
In his new role, he will lead the development of business strategy and be fully responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the Texture & Healthful Solutions segment.
Patrick Kalotis brings extensive experience from senior leadership roles in major consumer packaged goods companies.
Most recently, he served as CEO of Tissues International North America at APP Group. Previously, he held executive roles at Tropicana Brands Group, including EVP and Chief Growth Officer, where he led the Naked and Emerging Brands division.
His earlier career includes leadership positions at Danone, Coca-Cola, Mars, and Unilever. Kalotis holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business from the University of Warwick, complemented by a diploma in business management from Henley Business School.
Jim Zallie highlighted Kalotis’s ability to drive both market growth and profit expansion, noting that these strengths will be instrumental in advancing Ingredion’s Texture & Healthful Solutions segment.
Kalotis’s deep knowledge of global brands and private labels aligns well with Ingredion’s growth strategies focused on innovation, sustainability, and customer collaboration.
