The appointment marks another important step in the company’s executive leadership transition as AGI continues to execute its long-term growth strategy and strengthen its financial management capabilities amid evolving global market conditions.

CANADA – Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI), a Winnipeg-based global manufacturer of agricultural equipment, has appointed Haaris Uddin as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 4, 2026.
Uddin will join AGI’s executive leadership team and report directly to Paul Brisebois, President and Chief Executive Officer. Interim CFO Nicolle Parker will continue to oversee the finance organization until the effective date to support a seamless executive transition.
Uddin brings extensive public-company leadership, capital markets expertise, and international operational experience to AGI. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Medicure Inc., a TSX- and NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical company with operations in Canada and the United States.
Before that role, he was CFO of Waverley Pharma Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange-listed firm operating across Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Uddin began his corporate career as an auditor with Ernst & Young (EY) and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.
“Haaris brings strong public-company finance leadership, international operating experience, and a disciplined approach to financial management,” said Paul Brisebois, President and CEO of AGI.
Brisebois noted that Uddin’s background in listed-company financial reporting, governance, and cross-border operations will play a key role as the business continues executing its strategy, strengthening operational discipline, and position for long-term growth.
Headquartered in Manitoba, AGI produces portable and permanent grain handling systems, storage bins, belt conveyors, aeration systems, and grain conditioning technology.
The company operates manufacturing facilities across Canada, the United States, Brazil, India, France, and Italy, supplying food storage, handling, transport, and processing infrastructure to global agricultural markets.
Uddin’s executive appointment aligns with AGI’s ongoing organizational focus on capital discipline and supply chain optimization.
Expressing enthusiasm for his appointment, Uddin stated that he looks forward to collaborating with Brisebois, the executive team, and the finance organization to execute strategic priorities and support sustainable value creation across AGI’s global platform.
