TURKEY – Donuk Fırıncılık Ürünleri (DFU), a subsidiary of Yıldız Holding, has announced that it has successfully completed the BRCGS Food Safety Audit conducted by Intertek and received certification at the Grade A level.
Ilgin Hasircioglu, DFU’s General Manager, stated that the company is committed to providing high-quality products to its customers while maintaining rigorous food safety standards in the industry.

BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) is a premier global brand and consumer protection organization that establishes standards for food safety, packaging, storage, and distribution.
The standards encompass various aspects of food production, including hygiene, traceability, and risk management, thereby assuring consumers and stakeholders alike.
The globally recognized BRCGS Global Food Standard, launched in 1998, was the first food safety standard acknowledged by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) in 2000.
This accreditation underscores compliance with GFSI’s strict benchmark criteria and functions as a comprehensive quality management framework, integrating both food safety and quality requirements vital for certification by food manufacturers.
