Simple Mills debuts first regenerative organic certified® baking mixes to transform baking aisle

The new baking mixes are distinguished by their commitment to “clean-label” simplicity, each featuring a curated list of just six purposeful ingredients.

USA – Simple Mills, the Chicago-based company on a mission to revolutionize the way food is made to nourish people and planet, has debuted two new Regenerative Organic Certified® Oat Flour Baking Mixes: an Original Pancake & Waffle Mix and a Cinnamon Swirl Muffin & Cake Mix.

Launched in time for Earth Day, these mixes offer a way to enjoy familiar baking rituals with ingredients sourced from farms that practice regenerative agriculture, supporting soil health and the prosperity of farming communities.

The new products expand the brand’s mission to support a more resilient food system by sourcing from farms certified under the Regenerative Organic Certified® program, which requires practices designed to support soil health and farmer fairness.

Both mixes deliver a moist texture using a short list of just six nutrient-dense, recognizable whole-food ingredients, including Organic Oat Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar, and Organic Cassava Flour.

The Cinnamon Swirl Muffin & Cake Mix features a cinnamon swirl center and a crunchy cinnamon sugar topping, allowing for easy, one-bowl preparation of muffins or a snackable cake.

The Oat Flour Original Pancake & Waffle Mix is designed for effortless mornings, delivering a light texture for two quintessential breakfast classics as a wholesome alternative for the whole family.

Regenerative Organic Certified® builds on the foundation of USDA Certified Organic to enrich the soil, help plants and animals thrive, and support the prosperity of farming communities so they can grow nutrient-dense foods now and for generations to come.

In addition to being Regenerative Organic Certified®, both products are Gluten-Free, Non-GMO Project Verified, and Non-UPF Verified, aligning with Simple Mills’ broader clean‑label positioning.
