The products in this year’s collection: three new doughnuts and a returning treat are all made with Hershey‘s chocolate.
USA – Krispy Kreme and The Hershey Company have introduced a new edition of their popular annual Chocomania Collection: three new doughnuts and a returning treat, all featuring the brand’s doughnuts with Hershey’s milk chocolate icing.
The collection will be available for a limited time, starting March 19, at participating Krispy Kreme locations.
The collection includes the following flavours: Hershey’s Chocolate Salted Caramel Cheesecake Doughnut, which is a new entrant, featuring an unglazed shell doughnut filled with Hershey’s caramel cheesecake flavored Kreme dipped in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing, sprinkled with chocolate cookie crumb, and topped with a salted caramel swirl.
Another new entrant is Hershey’s Chocolate Buttercreme Doughnut, an unglazed ring doughnut dipped in Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and topped with chocolate flavored buttercreme and semi-sweet chocolate curls.
Hershey’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Doughnut is the third new entrant that features an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in salted cookie dough flavored icing, topped with chocolate chip cookie pieces, Hershey’s mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, and Hershey’s milk chocolate icing drizzles.
Hershey’s Classic Chocolate Doughnut is the returning treat, featuring an Original Glazed Doughnut with Hershey’s milk chocolate icing and a chocolate swirl.
“Chocomania satisfies your cravings for Krispy Kreme doughnuts and Hershey’s chocolate with every bite. Decadent chocolate caramel cheesecake, crumbly chocolate chip cookies, and rich chocolate-flavored buttercreme—all delicious chocolatey flavors reimagined for savoring and sharing any part of the day,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme chief growth officer.
The Chocomania Collection will be available for in-shop purchases, as well as pickup and delivery through Krispy Kreme’s app and website, both individually and by the dozen.
Customers can also enjoy Chocomania doughnuts in a Krispy Kreme six-pack box delivered fresh daily to select retailers.
On March 19, Krispy Kreme and Hershey’s announced their partnership for the annual Chocomania Collection. This collaboration has become a cherished tradition for both brands and is highly anticipated by fans.
Since the inaugural launch of the Chocomania Collection in 2018, which was a resounding success, the companies have released various editions each year.
This partnership has allowed The Hershey Company, one of the world’s largest chocolate manufacturers, to remain profitable despite the ongoing cocoa shortage and rising cocoa costs.
