The two developments form part of Döhler‘s broader growth strategy, aimed at bringing production, technical expertise and customer support closer to key food, beverage and life science and nutrition markets.

MEXICO/CANADA – Döhler Group has significantly strengthened its manufacturing and commercial footprint across the Americas through two major strategic moves: the inauguration of a new state-of-the-art production plant in Mexico and the launch of a new subsidiary, Döhler Canada.
Together, the developments mark a pivotal expansion phase for the German multinational as it scales up local production capabilities, accelerates innovation, and deepens customer partnerships across North and Latin America.
The company officially opened its new manufacturing facility in the Arco 57 Industrial Park in San Francisco Soyaniquilpan de Juárez, State of Mexico.
Backed by an investment of over MXN 1.2 billion (US$64 million), the modern facility incorporates production technology unique within Döhler’s global network to produce high-value natural ingredients, flavors, and integrated solutions.
Built to serve as a regional hub for science, technology, and natural nutrition solutions, the project has already generated over 200 jobs.
Döhler is also advancing plans for a second phase at the site, which will focus on expanding manufacturing capacity for natural colors.
The new facility strengthens Döhler’s capabilities to develop and manufacture high-quality ingredients and integrated solutions, enabling customers to create innovative, natural and nutrition-focused products for the markets of tomorrow.
By bringing production and technical capabilities closer to customers in Mexico and across Latin America, the facility will enable faster response and delivery times for more efficient logistics.
Specialized technical support and advanced analytical laboratories will ensure efficient production processes, consistently high quality and the development of tailored solutions that address specific customer and market requirements.
The use of local raw materials and the development of regional supply chains will further strengthen Döhler’s ability to serve customers across the region.
With this investment, Döhler reinforces Mexico’s role as a strategic market within the Group’s long-term vision and strengthens its ability to support the food, beverage and life science & nutrition industries across Latin America.

In parallel with its Latin American expansion, Döhler has broadened its North American network by establishing Döhler Canada, a new legal entity headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
The new Canadian organization provides local food, beverage, and life science manufacturers with direct access to Döhler’s global innovation capabilities and comprehensive portfolio; spanning natural flavors, botanical extracts, plant-based ingredients, and health and nutrition solutions.
Beyond ingredient delivery, Döhler Canada will offer end-to-end product development services, including sensory evaluation, formulation support, and supply chain management.
The establishment of Döhler Canada builds on Döhler’s continued investment in North America and enables the company to serve Canadian customers more closely, respond more effectively to their needs and support their innovation and growth ambitions.
According to Paul Graham, President of Döhler Americas, these investments reflect the group’s commitment to pairing strong regional infrastructure with its global expertise.
By bringing technical support and production facilities closer to regional food and beverage manufacturers, Döhler aims to shorten delivery times, enhance supply chain flexibility, and help brand owners rapidly translate shifting consumer demands for clean-label, healthier nutrition into scalable market products.
