Baker & Baker unveils Black Label rebrand

The relaunch updates the range’s visual identity with a new logo, tagline and packaging designed to convey a timeless yet innovative premium positioning and will be supported by a coordinated marketing programme aimed at strengthening recognition among buyers and end consumers.

UK – European bakery leader Baker & Baker has unveiled a striking rebrand of its premium Black Label range, targeting 15 markets with refreshed packaging, a new logo, and bold new product development plans for 2026.

The overhaul introduces a timeless, luxurious aesthetic that screams innovation and indulgence, designed to captivate both operators and consumers in foodservice and artisanal channels.

Black Label spans American-style sweets like chocolate-fruit muffins, doughnuts, and cookies, as well as laminated delights such as croissants and viennoiseries, all crafted with top-tier ingredients, trendy flavors, and irresistible fillings.

Kicking off the NPD pipeline is the Pistachio Vanilla Doughnut, filled with dual vanilla-pistachio cream, topped with nuts and white chocolate, riding the viral wave of Dubai chocolate and pistachio trends on social media.

This launch responds to demands for premium, “consciously indulgent” treats that balance decadence with quality.

The rebrand rolls out across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and beyond into Eastern Europe and the Middle East, backed by a full marketing push including POS tools and digital campaigns to spark impulse buys.

Baker & Baker has undertaken a full rebrand of the range, featuring a refreshed, timeless look and feel that signals innovation and quality, including a new logo, tagline and impactful packaging.

Targeted at new and existing customers, the Black Label range will also be supported by a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media, PR, trade shows, and a range of store activation materials, such as POS posters, product display cases, and table cards.

The Black Label range is ideal for bakery and food service operators seeking to offer a clear premium segment for their customers and deliver additional margin growth.

“The refreshed branding delivers standout impact while preserving the proven quality our customers trust,” said Graeme Williams, Chief Commercial Officer UK.

The modern look promises higher margins for bakeries via perceived luxury and artisanal appeal.

This move aligns with surging sweet bakery indulgence trends, where consumers crave elevated experiences amid premiumization.

Baker & Baker, known for its ready-to-serve innovations, eyes growth in high-end segments as rivals chase a similar vibe.

The rebrand solidifies Black Label as a powerhouse for versatile, shelf-ready luxuries that drive sales in diverse outlets.
