Vortex Global said the partnership aligns with its mission to provide innovative solutions for the dry bulk handling sector

MIDDLE EAST – Vortex Global, a manufacturer of dry bulk handling components and solutions, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with the appointment of Optimum Industrial Technologies (OIT) as its regional representative.

The strategic move covers key markets including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Oman and the United Arab Emirates, marking a clear step in Vortex Global’s broader international growth strategy.

According to Vortex, the partnership aligns with its mission to deliver innovative, application-specific solutions to the dry bulk handling sector.

OIT is an industrial engineering supplies and services company with experience representing established global suppliers.

Vortex Global said OIT’s role will extend beyond sales representation to include technical support, application guidance and supply chain coordination.

The company provides services and products designed to enhance overall equipment effectiveness and availability, streamline supply chains and strengthen the technical capacity of plant operators and maintenance teams.

Through OIT’s established presence and market knowledge in the Middle East, Vortex Global said it intends to better serve regional customers by ensuring access to high-performance equipment, advanced technology and local technical expertise.

“Our aim is to provide industrial supply and technical solutions in line with the quality requirements, lead times, and specifications established by our clients,” said Ahmad Maytah, founder and general manager of OIT.

He added that their experience in the industrial field generates real value and supports clients by developing solutions that meet their specific requirements.

The expansion reflects Vortex Global’s intent to strengthen direct market access and technical support in a region that continues to invest heavily in bulk material handling infrastructure across food processing, grain storage and handling, milling, cement, mining and energy-related industries.

By establishing a dedicated regional partner, Vortex Global aims to bring its dry bulk handling technologies closer to customers, reducing response times and improving project execution and after-sales support.

Maytah said that the integrated culture of expertise, initiatives and skills management was a strategic priority for OIT, adding that the company advised and supported clients on their projects using high-quality human resources secured through rigorous recruitment.

He noted that OIT stood for expertise and team spirit, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and the professional development of its engineers and technicians.
