From May 17–20, 2025, the Biscoff-filled croissant will debut at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago.
USA – Vandemoortele USA, in collaboration with Lotus Bakeries, is introducing a new Biscoff-filled croissant to its line of high-end Banquet D’Or pastries.
The introduction combines Banquet D’Or’s famously flaky pastry with a creamy Biscoff filling and a garnish of crunchy Biscoff crumbs to create a modern take on the traditional French croissant.
The croissants, which are delivered frozen and ready to bake, are aimed at the North American foodservice industry and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.
The brand’s current lineup of filled croissants, which includes Pistachio, Chocolate, Apricot, Strawberry, and Raspberry, is joined by the new flavor.
