The Humble Seed introduces whole wheat crackers

Each cracker offers 5 g of plant-based protein per 30 g serving.

USA – The Humble Seed, a better-for-you snack brand from Tilray Wellness at Tilray Brands, Inc., has officially launched its new Whole Wheat Protein Crackers, expanding its portfolio of nutrient-rich, plant-based offerings.

Available in three flavors; Sea Salt, Garlic Herb, and Rosemary Sea Salt.

The brand’s latest innovation blends wholesome grains with a five-seed superfood mix including hemp, chia, flax, pumpkin, sesame, and sunflower seeds with whole wheat flour.

Each cracker offers 5 g of plant-based protein per 30 g serving (about 21 bite-sized crackers).

The crackers are non-GMO, allergen-friendly, and free from artificial additives, aligning with The Humble Seed’s mission to make snacking both nutritious and accessible.

“Consumers want more protein in their diets, but not just from shakes or bars,” said Jared Simon, president of Tilray Wellness.

“Seeds are a plant-based, sustainable, and allergen-friendly way to add protein without compromising taste or texture. These crackers deliver just that; bold flavor, real herbs, and a protein boost in every bite.”

The addition of whole wheat flour brings a hearty texture and subtle nuttiness. At the same time, a touch of sea salt enhances the flavor profile, making these crackers a versatile companion to dips like hummus, guacamole, or cottage cheese.

Additionally, with ingredients like navy bean powder, millet, quinoa, and kale powder, the product appeals to health-conscious consumers seeking snacks that go beyond empty calories.

“Crackers are a pantry staple, but the category lacks protein-forward options,” added Jennifer Mandanici, store support merchant for cookies, crackers, and crispbreads at Whole Foods Market.

“We’ve seen fiber-rich crackers gain momentum, and we believe protein is the next frontier. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce this innovation from The Humble Seed at Whole Foods.”

Consumers can find them now at select Whole Foods Market stores nationwide for US$30, or US$5 per box, and, through The Humble Seed’s official website.

The launch complements the brand’s existing lineup, which includes flavors like Garlic Herb and Everything, all made with the same seed-forward philosophy.

With this launch, The Humble Seed continues to redefine what it means to snack smart, proving that humble ingredients can deliver both satisfying and functional benefits.
