The agreement will allow growers in southwestern Ontario to sell grain through a wider marketing network while Bacres continues to operate its Alvinston elevator.

Through the partnership, ADM Cares and AFT will engage American farmers to offer direct technical assistance for succession planning, connections to production resources and peer networks, and grant funding to support productivity, market access, and farmer well-being.

The venture is majority-owned by Alltech and governed by a board with equal representation from both partners.

ADM reported resilient results for 2025 and issued a cautiously optimistic 2026 outlook, with fourth‑quarter net earnings of US$456 million and a 2026 adjusted EPS guidance of approximately US$3.60 – US$4.25.
