Through this partnership, SATAKE aims to combine both companies’ technologies and know-how to strengthen its presence in the global cereal market.

JAPAN – SATAKE has announced a business partnership with Golfetto Sangati Industries, an established Italian manufacturer of flour milling machinery, to strengthen and expand its cereal business globally.
The partnership brings together SATAKE’s expertise in rice milling and food processing technologies with Golfetto Sangati’s long-standing experience designing and manufacturing milling equipment.
Headquartered in Hiroshima, Japan, SATAKE has developed a global presence in rice milling machinery, food processing equipment and technologies supporting grain and food production.
The company said the partnership with Golfetto Sangati is a strategic step to expand its capabilities and market presence across the broader cereal sector.
Golfetto Sangati, headquartered in Treviso, Italy, has decades of experience in flour milling and cereal processing machinery.
Its technological heritage includes equipment and systems designed to process wheat and other cereals, positioning the company as an established player in the global milling industry.
Under the partnership, SATAKE and Golfetto Sangati will seek to combine their respective technologies, engineering expertise and industry know-how.
The collaboration is expected to help the companies strengthen their offerings to customers across the cereal processing and milling value chain.
For SATAKE, the partnership provides an opportunity to build on its established position in rice processing while expanding its activities in cereal milling.
The move comes as the global milling industry continues to place greater emphasis on processing efficiency, automation, product quality, energy management and the ability to meet changing food industry requirements.
The collaboration could also support the development of integrated solutions for cereal processors by bringing together complementary technologies from the two companies.
SATAKE’s experience in optical sorting, rice milling, and food processing could complement Golfetto Sangati’s expertise in flour milling systems and cereal processing.
The companies said the partnership reflects their commitment to contributing to innovation in food production technology and supporting the global food supply chain.
As demand for efficient and technologically advanced cereal processing continues to evolve, collaboration between established equipment manufacturers is becoming increasingly important for delivering solutions tailored to processors in different markets.
SATAKE said it will continue to pursue innovation in food production technology as part of its role in supporting the global food supply chain.
The partnership with Golfetto Sangati therefore expands SATAKE’s cereal business strategy and strengthens its engagement with the international milling industry.
