Rademaker acquired Form & Frys Maskinteknik, a Danish company well-known for its cutting-edge bakery equipment that can fold, form, and fill a variety of dough products, such as pizza and pastries.

The company’s machinery complements Rademaker’s manufacturing lines, and various joint projects have already been installed successfully.
The Danish company also offers a variety of depositing equipment capable of applying sweet and savory fillings in 3D forms.
The two businesses started working together as a commercial alliance two years ago.
Through the acquisition, Rademaker is able to fortify its strategic pillars, boost organizational growth, and broaden its range of products.
Under its present leadership, Form & Frys will carry on with its autonomous business operations in Denmark.
The initial transition phase will majorly focus on preserving operational continuity while identifying process and product development synergies.

Sensure’s systems, which have more than 150 installations worldwide, serve a variety of industrial applications, including automated quality control procedures with automatic rejection of non-compliant goods, real-time monitoring and analytics, and pick-and-place operations.
Sensure’s solutions are designed for a variety of foods, including bread, pastries, biscuits, pizza, snack bars and more.
Both companies have looked into ways to speed up the creation of digital goods and services.
