Puratos acquires bakery school École Bellouet Conseil

FRANCE – Puratos, the international group that offers a full range of innovative food ingredients and services for the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate sectors, has acquired the prestigious French bakery school, École Bellouet Conseil.

This acquisition is a significant milestone in Puratos’s commitment to fostering excellence and innovation in the baking industry.

Founded in 1989 by G. Joël Bellouet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a former professor at the Lenôtre school, along with Jean-Michel Perruchon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a former deputy pastry chef at Fauchon, École Bellouet Conseil has been a beacon of culinary excellence for over 35 years.

The school is renowned for its high-quality training programs in patisserie, viennoiserie, and chocolate, and it continues to inspire and support professional bakers from around the globe.

Additionally, École Bellouet Conseil provides personalized technical advice to assist companies in new product development, ensuring that their creations are innovative, of high quality, and aligned with consumer expectations.
