Puratos acquires bakery school École Bellouet Conseil

Founded in 1989 by G. Joël Bellouet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a former professor at the Lenôtre school, along with Jean-Michel Perruchon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and a former deputy pastry chef at Fauchon, École Bellouet Conseil has been a beacon of culinary excellence for over 35 years.

The school is renowned for its high-quality training programs in patisserie, viennoiserie, and chocolate, and it continues to inspire and support professional bakers from around the globe.
