The new Plano location marks the company’s 27th bakery café in Texas as it continues to grow across North America.

USA – Paris Baguette has opened a new bakery café in Plano, Texas, adding another location to its growing network across North America.
The café, located at 5500 State Highway 121, Suite 100, welcomed customers on June 4 and offers the brand’s range of artisan breads, pastries, cakes, and handcrafted beverages.
The new location is owned by local franchise partners CJ Singh and Punya Kushalappa, who bring experience from the technology, restaurant, and hospitality sectors. Paris Baguette now operates more than 300 bakery cafés across North America and over 4,000 locations worldwide. The Plano store is the company’s 27th location in Texas as it works toward its goal of reaching 1,000 bakery cafés across the United States and Canada by 2030.
“Some partnerships are built in conference rooms. Ours was built over coffee,” said Singh and Kushalappa. “Our shared passion for coffee and hospitality inspired us to create a place where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy exceptional food and beverages together. Paris Baguette was the perfect fit because they reflect the quality, warmth, and sense of community we value, and we’re excited to bring that experience to Plano.”
Paris Baguette Chief Executive Officer Darren Tipton said the new opening supports the company’s focus on bringing neighbourhood bakery cafés to more communities across the region.
“We’re on a mission to re establish the neighborhood bakery café as the heart of the community across the U.S., and we’re excited to see CJ and Punya bring this to life in their local trade area,” said Tipton. “In our cafés we like to say, ‘Happy to see you. Happier to serve you.’ And we know CJ and Punya will wholeheartedly embrace this approach in their neighborhood.”
The company also continues to introduce new menu items across its North American cafés. In June, Paris Baguette launched a limited time Summer Collection featuring lemon blueberry pastries, cakes, doughnuts, campfire inspired desserts, and seasonal beverages, including blueberry coffee drinks, matcha, lemonade, and s’mores themed options.
The seasonal menu also includes a partnership with Bel Brands USA’s Boursin cheese brand. The collaboration adds savoury bakery and lunch items that use Boursin’s garlic and herb cheese, giving customers more choices beyond sweet bakery products.
The company said these menu additions support its efforts to keep its bakery cafés attractive to returning customers while expanding its presence across North America.
