Olam Agri secures Top Employer 2026 certification in Nigeria for sixth straight year

NIGERIA – Olam Agri has been certified as a Top Employer 2026 in Nigeria by the Top Employers Institute, marking the sixth consecutive year the agribusiness company has received the recognition.

The certification reinforces Olam Agri’s focus on structured, data-driven people strategies and independently validated human resource practices that support business performance, employee engagement and long-term growth.

In addition to the Nigeria recognition, Olam Agri was also named a Top Employer across the African continent for the sixth consecutive year.

The company holds certifications in several markets, including Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Mozambique, Nigeria, Senegal and South Africa, alongside operations certified in Australia, The Netherlands and Switzerland.

The repeated recognition positions Olam Agri as an employer of choice within the global agri-commodities and food supply chain sector, where talent retention and skills development remain critical.

The Top Employers Institute, active in 131 countries and regions, is a global authority on human resource certification, benchmarking and advisory services.

Its certification programme is based on the HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates organisations across six core domains: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.

Only organisations that meet rigorous standards across these areas are awarded certification.
