Krispy Kreme brings back Strawberry Original Glazed Doughnut
Krispy Kreme lovers may purchase any dozen Strawberry Glazed Doughnuts at normal price and receive a dozen for just US$5.
USA – Krispy Kreme Doughnuts has announced its popular Strawberry Original Glazed Doughnut, an Original Glazed Doughnut with a sweet strawberry flavor and a brilliant strawberry frosting, will make its return for one weekend only from Friday, May 30 through Sunday, June 1.
By assisting Krispy Kreme in reaching a “high score” of distributing 45,000 complimentary Original Glazed Doughnuts during Hot Light hours on May 12–18, fans enabled the return of this beloved doughnut.
The giveaway was part of the company’s celebration of PAC-MAN’s 45th birthday and honoring PAC-MAN’s love of fruits.
This will be the fourth time Krispy Kreme has produced Strawberry Glazed Doughnuts since they were first introduced in 2020 and last sold in August 2023.
At participating stores, the doughnuts will be available for pickup or delivery in-store as well as through the Krispy Kreme app and website.
Fans can continue to enjoy the Strawberry Glazed Doughnuts as well as the Krispy Kreme x PAC-MAN Collection inspired by the characters in the game.
Krispy Kreme collaborated with Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. to release three new PAC-MAN-themed doughnuts: PAC-MAN Party, TEAM GHOST, and Strawberry Power Berry.
The PAC-MAN Party Doughnut is a unique glazed doughnut topped with a PAC-MAN piece, sprinkles, and icing that tastes like yellow buttercream.
The TEAM GHOST Doughnut has a Team Ghosts topper, an unglazed shell filled with chocolate-flavored Kreme, and is dipped in black icing and maze designs.
The Strawberry Power Berry Doughnut features an unglazed shell filled with strawberry-flavored Kreme, dipped in red icing, white sprinkles, and green leaf icing.
In honor of PAC-MAN’s formal birthday, Krispy Kreme is selling a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts for just 25 cents when you buy any dozen at regular price on Thursday, May 22.
A new limited-edition line of cheesecake-inspired doughnuts, Strawberry Dream Cheesecake, Cookies & Kreme Cheesecake, and Caramel Delight Cheesecake, was introduced by Krispy Kreme Inc. in April.
According to the firm, the Krispy Kreme Craving Cheesecake Collection, which debuted on April 22, combined the rich, creamy flavors of well-known cheesecakes with the brand’s light, fluffy doughnuts to create an irresistibly delicious, melt-in-your-mouth sensation.
Additionally, The Hershey Company and Krispy Kreme partnered to launch a new version of the well-liked annual Chocomania Collection on March 19.
