Imas Machinery’s GM Mustafa Ozdemir joins Loras Holding Board as vice chairman

Ozdemir, who has been with Imas Machinery for over 30 years, will still continuing his leadership at Imas Machinery.

TURKIYE – Loras Holding, one of Türkiye’s leading corporations with operations spanning food, machinery, construction, real estate, and energy, has announced the appointment of Mustafa Ozdemir as the Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Ozdemir, who has been with Imas Machinery for over 30 years and served as its General Manager for 11 years, will take on his new responsibilities while continuing his leadership at Imas Machinery.

Imas Machinery, a key subsidiary of Loras Holding, has been a major player in manufacturing grain and feed milling machinery for over 35 years.

Under Ozdemir’s leadership, the company has achieved significant growth and global expansion, with more than 500 reference mills operating across 120 countries. His inclusion in the board signals a strategic move to leverage his expertise for the broader advancement of Loras Holding’s diverse business interests.

Commenting on his new role, Ozdemir emphasized Loras Holding’s commitment to sustained growth and international expansion.

At Imas, we have demonstrated remarkable growth in recent years, which we plan to sustain by expanding our international operations. Loras Holding also has ongoing investments in other key subsidiaries such as Selva Gıda and Norm Green Energy Systems,” he stated.

He confirmed that the new venture in industrial energy storage systems, Norm Energy, is set to become operational by the end of this year, marking a pioneering step in this sector.

Just like 2024, we hope that 2025 will be another year of growth for Imas and Loras with our rising investments,” he added.

Loras Holding’s diverse portfolio includes companies such as Selva Gıda, a leading pasta producer exporting to over 80 countries; Seha Construction, specializing in steel construction projects; and Adese Real Estate, engaged in commercial and residential property development.

Additionally, the group operates Belya Informatics, which provides IT solutions, and Kulesite Shopping and Entertainment Center, a landmark in Konya.

With Ozdemir’s appointment, Loras Holding aims to strengthen its leadership team and accelerate its strategic initiatives across its various business sectors.

His experience and vision are expected to drive continued success, reinforcing Loras Holding’s position as a key player in multiple industries both domestically and internationally.
