Harvest Snaps offers single-serve multipack to meet on-the-go snacking demand

Each multipack contains five individual snack bags.

USA – Harvest Snaps, a popular brand known for its baked veggie snacks and a brand of Calbee America, has expanded its popular line of veggie-based snacks with the introduction of a new single-serve multipack, designed for convenience, portion control, and family-friendly snacking.

The new multipacks feature Harvest Snaps Organic Sea Salt Baked Veggie Snacks, which are USDA-certified organic and made primarily with green peas, delivering five grams of protein and a good source of dietary fiber in each one-ounce serving.

Each multipack contains five individual snack bags, making it easy for consumers to grab healthy, portion-controlled snacks on the go.

The baked crisps contain 50% less sodium compared to competing veggie-based snacks and are certified gluten-free, Non-GMO Project verified, and free from common allergens such as wheat, soy, nuts, peanuts, dairy, and eggs.

This aligns with the current consumer preference for snacks that are both better for health and free from problematic allergens.

Maiko Shimano, director of marketing at Calbee America, the parent company of Harvest Snaps, highlighted that the multipack format caters to shoppers looking to snack smarter with tasty and convenient options.

The “bag-in-bag” packaging format is designed for on-the-go lifestyles, making it easy to carry multiple single-serve packs in places such as bags, desks, or lunchboxes, providing a quick snack fix anytime.

Harvest Snaps has a long-standing reputation for making plant-based, pulse-powered snacks using real veggies as the first ingredient, primarily green peas, red lentils, and navy beans.

The brand’s baked snacks are minimally processed, allergen-friendly, and free from artificial preservatives and flavors, appealing strongly to health-conscious consumers looking for clean-label snacks.

According to industry analysts, the global healthy snacks market is projected to reach US$108 billion by 2027, with plant-based and allergen-friendly options leading the charge.

The introduction of the multipacks complements Harvest Snaps’ expanding product lineup, which also includes unique formats like Lightly Salted, Tomato Basil, and Crunchy Loops Sour Cream and Onion.

The brand continuously innovates with new flavors and formats designed to meet evolving customer demands for wholesome, flavorful snacks that fit modern active lifestyles.

In addition to retail availability, the brand is offering subscription discounts and custom snack box options through its online store, allowing consumers to mix and match flavors while enjoying savings and free shipping on qualifying orders.

As Harvest Snaps continues to innovate in the better-for-you snack category, the single-serve multipack is set to become a staple for families, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a guilt-free crunch on the go.

Retailers across the country can now place orders for the new product, which is set to hit store shelves starting in October at a recommended price of US$6.99.

In 2023, Calbee expanded its presence to China and North America by investing about 140 billion yen (US$1 billion) in automation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and facility upgrades to boost its operations both home and abroad.
