NORTH AMERICA—Dawn Foods, a prominent global bakery manufacturer and ingredients distributor, announced significant leadership changes within its North American operations team.
The company has elevated Melissa Bautista to Senior Vice President of Operations and promoted Jen Taggart to Vice President of North American manufacturing.

In her new role, Bautista will oversee several critical areas, including Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health, Safety and Security (EHS&S), Engineering, and Food Safety & Quality Assurance.
Her extensive experience and proven track record position her well to lead these essential functions.
Taggart, previously the Plant Director at Dawn’s manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky, has been recognized for her contributions to continuous improvement and innovation.
In her new capacity, she will manage Dawn’s North America Plant Directors, playing a vital role in advancing process enhancements and integrating new technologies across the company’s manufacturing network.
Taggart’s leadership is expected to be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
