CTB appoints Will Mabee to lead Brock Grain Systems

The company has also promoted Penny Stafford to compliance officer as it strengthens leadership across its grain systems business.

USA – CTB, Inc. has appointed Will Mabee as vice president and general manager for Brock Grain Systems, while Penny Stafford has moved into the role of compliance officer for the business.

CTB said Mabee will lead Brock Grain Systems and guide its sales activities, manufacturing operations, dealer network, and market growth efforts across different regions.

Mabee brings more than 27 years of experience at CTB. Before this appointment, he served as vice president and general manager of the company’s PigTek business unit. During his time at CTB, he also held positions in global credit and risk management, corporate control, financial reporting, and support roles for several business units.

He studied accounting at Ball State University and earned a bachelor of science degree. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant qualification.

CTB said Mabee currently lives in Winona Lake, Indiana.

At the same time, Brock Grain Systems promoted Stafford to compliance officer. In her new role, she will handle dealer agreements and account terminations across Brock product lines. She will also work with the company’s risk management and legal teams on third party checks, reporting, and company policy compliance.

Stafford joined Brock in 2018 as a customer service representative. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Goshen College and has more than 20 years of experience in finance and customer service work.

Before joining Brock, she worked in customer service leadership and supported manufacturing operations as an executive assistant.

Stafford comes from Mishawaka, Indiana, and now lives in Milford.

The leadership changes come as CTB continues to strengthen its grain systems business and support its dealer and distributor network in global markets. The company said both appointments will help improve coordination across operations, customer support, and compliance activities within Brock Grain Systems.
