ACI Group introduces three baking ingredients to enhance efficiency

Bakers are under pressure to increase efficiency without compromising quality due to rising raw material costs, stricter food safety laws, and customer demand for greener products.

UK – ACI Group, a leading provider of ingredients for the food industry, has introduced three innovative baking solutions aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing worker health, and reducing resource consumption in the industry.

TIP‑TOP Low‑Dust Dusting Flour, DÜBÖR Release Agents, and GECKO Ultra Seed Adhesive, three new products from ACI, offer accurate performance, reduced expenses, and a smaller environmental impact.

TIP-TOP Low-Dust Dusting Flour helps to cut up to 70% of flour dust in the air. This improves the health of bakers, owing to the fact that flour dust is a major contributor to occupational asthma.

By improving air quality, hygiene and operational efficiency are increased, worker safety is improved, cleaning time is decreased, and mold growth on contact surfaces is inhibited.

The flour also serves as a release flour, which reduces production time and expenses by keeping dough from sticking.

DÜBÖR Release Agents minimize fire hazards and hygienic issues associated with excessive oil consumption while optimizing the clean release of baked goods.

DÜBÖR prolongs cleaning intervals and increases production by reducing carbon build-up on baking surfaces, requiring up to 80 percent less product.

Its plant-based, allergy-free wax recipe provides a more economical and environmentally friendly alternative that satisfies the rising need for clean-label materials.

GECKO Ultra Seed Adhesive increases seed adherence while cutting waste by as much as 30%. This keeps the seeds firmly in place during baking, improving the look of the finished product and fostering a cleaner, safer atmosphere.

Its ambient-stable, clean-label composition is simple to use and store, providing a straightforward yet powerful way to reduce seed waste and boost operational effectiveness.

“Bakeries today need solutions that deliver on safety, sustainability and savings. These three products integrate seamlessly into existing lines, giving our customers measurable benefits in both cost control and operational efficiency,” said Jack Helm, ACI Group Account Manager for Beverage, Bakery & Functional Foods.

All three ingredients, along with ACI’s whole line of bakery and food-service goods, are readily available through the company’s European distribution network.

The UK-based ACI Group was founded in 1988 and is well known throughout the world for its capacity to provide cutting-edge products, ingredients, and raw materials to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and road construction industries.

The company is able to acquire complex and unique products that are widely utilized because it has built a devoted supply and logistics network.
