The new operating model aims to simplify its organizational structure, accelerate innovation, and strengthen its position across the confectionery and snacks categories.

USA – The Hershey Company has launched a transformative, unified US commercial operating model called ONE Hershey, integrating its sweet, salty, and protein portfolios into a single, streamlined structure.
This overhaul marks the first time the confectionery leader has consolidated brand marketing, category strategies, and consumer insights under one cohesive framework, aiming to accelerate innovation and market responsiveness.
The integration is designed to unlock deeper consumer connections, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate Hershey’s leadership in delivering the next generation of snacking.
The new model unifies commercial planning and retail execution across Hershey’s iconic brands like Reese’s, Hershey’s Kisses, and Twizzlers in confectionery, alongside faster-growing salty offerings such as SkinnyPop and protein products.
By shifting from siloed category approaches to an integrated strategy focused on total snacking occasions, Hershey aims to accelerate speed-to-market, improve coordination, and drive cross-portfolio growth amid evolving consumer preferences for convenient, indulgent treats.
“Our brightest moments come from talented people working together across functions to deliver bold thinking,” said Kirk Tanner, President and CEO of The Hershey Company.
“By activating our full portfolio as ONE Hershey, we’re better positioned to meet consumers wherever they are, create more moments of goodness and lead next generation snacking with speed and purpose.”
Leadership updates effective March 16
Leadership changes accompany the rollout, with US President Andrew Archambault expanding oversight of the entire domestic portfolio and Nitin Jain joining as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer.
Stacy Taffet, Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, will take on additional responsibility for demand creation, portfolio strategy and innovation, while Vero Villasenor has been appointed Chief Brand Officer, leading global brand activation within the growth and marketing team.
Hershey anticipates more experience-driven products hitting shelves, benefiting retailers with streamlined planning and deeper category expertise across channels.
