The seasonal specials, the savory Scarpariello Pizza and hearty Eggplant Ricotta Pizza, are now available at all 12 locations spanning Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, and Florida.
These craveable creations emphasize premium toppings and complex flavors, aligning with Riko’s heritage of elevated comfort food during colder months.
The Riko’s Scarpariello Pizza features a signature crunchy thin crust layered with blended mozzarella, chicken sausage, spicy sausage, tangy hot cherry peppers, and thinly sliced red onions, finished with a signature Hot Oil drizzle and fresh basil for a spicy, satisfying kick.
Complementing it, the vegetarian Eggplant Ricotta Pizza offers a plum tomato sauce base topped with breaded eggplant, creamy ricotta dollops, blended mozzarella, aged Parmesan, and basil, delivering rich texture without heaviness.
