Pepperidge Farm unveils Chai Latte Milano Cookies

Milano cookies have evolved into one of Pepperidge Farm’s most iconic offerings.

USA – Pepperidge Farm, a subsidiary of The Campbell’s Co., is spicing up the cookie aisle this season with the launch of its Milano Chai Latte cookies, a limited-edition flavor that blends the warmth of autumn with the elegance of its signature sandwich cookie.

Launching nationwide this August, the new variety marks the brand’s first foray into chai-inspired confections, joining returning seasonal favorites like Milano Pumpkin Spice and Pumpkin Cheesecake soft-baked cookies.

The Milano Chai Latte cookie features white chocolate infused with chai spices, including nutmeg, clove, and cardamom, nestled between two crisp wafer cookies.

According to Ama Auwarter, VP of Pepperidge Farm Cookies & Bakery at Campbell’s Snacks, the new flavor “brings the warmth and comfort of a beloved seasonal beverage to the cookie aisle,” offering a refined treat that captures the essence of fall.

“Milano chai latte brings the warmth and comfort of a beloved seasonal beverage to the cookie aisle, reimagined as a refined, cozy treat that embodies the essence of fall,” said Auwarter.

“Pepperidge Farm continues to delight cookie lovers with thoughtfully crafted seasonal flavors, and Milano Chai Latte adds a fresh twist to our fall lineup alongside returning favorites.”

This launch builds on the success of previous café-inspired flavors like Milano London Fog and Caramel Café au Lait, which have resonated with fans seeking indulgent yet sophisticated snacks.

The Chai Latte Milano cookies will be available at major retailers including Target, Meijer, and Albertsons, with a suggested retail price of US$5.89 (prices may vary).

Alongside the new chai flavor, Pepperidge Farm is bringing back its beloved Milano Pumpkin Spice and Pumpkin Cheesecake cookies, reinforcing its reputation for crafting seasonal treats that evoke nostalgia and comfort.

Milano cookies, originally born from a shipping mishap, have evolved into one of Pepperidge Farm’s most iconic offerings, now boasting over 19 flavors.

The Chai Latte edition adds a fresh layer to this legacy, appealing to both longtime fans and newcomers drawn to the cozy allure of chai.

Whether paired with a steaming mug of tea or savored solo, the Milano Chai Latte cookie promises to be a standout in this year’s fall snack lineup.

The use of sustainably sourced ingredients is gaining prominence as brands seek to align with eco-conscious consumer values and enhance product appeal.

Additionally, Sustainable Agriculture practices are becoming crucial in supply chains, particularly in sourcing premium ingredients like nutmeg, clove, and cardamom for confectionery products.
