Paris Baguette unveils Valentine’s day lineup

The menu’s artisanal appeal positions the chain as a go-to for celebrations, fostering loyalty in a competitive café landscape.

USA – Paris Baguette, the popular neighbourhood bakery-café chain with over 140 locations nationwide, has unveiled its limited-time Pink Velvet menu to elevate Valentine’s Day and Galentine’s Day festivities from January 28 through February 15, 2026.

This indulgent collection features 10 handcrafted cakes, pastries, doughnuts, macarons, and beverages, all centred on vibrant pink velvet flavours, designed for sharing love with family, friends, or sweethearts.

Headlining the lineup are three showstopping cakes: the Pink Velvet Chocolate Ganache Cake with three layers of rich chocolate cake filled with whipped ganache and silky pink velvet soft cream, topped with a chocolate heart; the Pink Velvet Layer Cake boasting six layers of vanilla sponge cake infused with pink velvet soft cream and pastry cream, adorned with ruby chocolate, Valentine’s sprinkles, and a chocolate heart; and the XOXO Strawberry Soft Cream Heart Cake, featuring heart-shaped vanilla sponge layers stuffed with strawberry soft cream and fresh strawberries, finished with a chocolate heart.

These shareable desserts capture the essence of romance and joy, perfect for after-school treats or romantic surprises.

Complementing the cakes are playful pastries like the Conversation Heart Macaron, filled with raspberry pastry cream; the Pink Velvet Croissant Crisp, coated in pink velvet ruby chocolate with sprinkles; and the Pink Velvet Supreme Croissant, stuffed with pastry cream.

Donut lovers will savour the Pink Velvet King Cream Donut; custard-filled and dipped in pink ruby chocolate, and the chewy Pink Velvet Mochi Donut.

Beverages round out the menu with the Pink Velvet Macchiato and Pink Velvet Matcha Latte, both available hot or iced, blending espresso or matcha with creamy pink velvet layers for a festive sip.

For agribusiness enthusiasts, Paris Baguette’s focus on ruby chocolate and soft creams highlights trends in speciality ingredients, such as strawberry purees and pastry creams, boosting demand for US dairy and fruit sourcing.

The menu’s artisanal appeal positions the chain as a go-to for celebrations, fostering loyalty in a competitive café landscape.

Tate’s Bake Shop brings back white chocolate raspberry cookies for Valentine’s day season

Tate’s Bake Shop has reintroduced its fan-favourite White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies as a limited-edition treat, timed perfectly for Valentine’s Day.

Launched in mid-January 2026, these crunchy delights blend creamy white chocolate chips with tart raspberry pieces and hints of toasty oats, reigniting demand after previous sell-outs.

Crafted with real butter, simple ingredients, and no preservatives, the cookies deliver a buttery crunch that contrasts the sweet white chocolate melt and bright raspberry bursts, evoking fresh jam stirred into dough.

They join Tate’s core lineup of chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and macadamia nut varieties.

This return responds to overwhelming consumer requests, as social media buzz from past releases drove viral shares and quick depletion.

Tate’s Bake Shop, founded in 1980 by Kathleen King and now under Mondelēz International, emphasizes small-batch baking in its Ocean, New York facility.

Distribution spans Walmart, Hy-Vee, Kroger, and online direct-to-consumer packs of 3 or 6.

This relaunch taps into seasonal indulgence trends, with white chocolate and berry combos surging in bakery sales by 15% during love holidays.

It aligns with clean-label preferences, using recognizable components without artificial flavors, appealing to health-conscious treat-seekers balancing flavor and familiarity.
