USA – Paris Baguette, a South Korean multinational chain of bakery-cafés, has launched a lineup of limited-time offerings (LTOs) that spotlight two seasonal favorites: cookie butter and pumpkin.
The bakery-café chain, known for its handcrafted pastries and premium beverages, unveiled the new menu nationwide on August 20, 2025, blending indulgence with warm fall twists.
Leading the charge is the debut of Biscoff Cookie Butter creations, which Paris Baguette has crowned the “must-have flavor of the season.”
Highlights include the Biscoff Cookie Butter Layer Cake; three layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with luscious cookie butter cream and topped with Biscoff cookie butter and crunchy Biscoff cookies.
Patrons can also enjoy the Biscoff Cookie Butter Cruffin, a hybrid of croissant and muffin filled with cookie butter cream and finished with a drizzle of cookie butter icing and a Biscoff cookie.
Additionally, the signature King Cream Donut is reimagined with a rich cookie butter filling, coating, and cookie topper.
To accompany these baked delights, the Cookie Butter Macchiato offers a flavorful blend of espresso, vanilla, steamed milk, and cookie butter sauce, available hot or iced.
Paris Baguette’s fall classics return with elevated twists, including the Pumpkin Pie Custard Tart, a buttery tart shell filled with baked pumpkin custard and dusted with powdered sugar, and a spiced Pumpkin Scone sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds and drizzled with pumpkin icing.
For drink enthusiasts, the Pumpkin Pie Latte combines rich espresso, pumpkin purée, white chocolate sauce, and milk, lightly dusted with cinnamon for warmth.
The Pumpkin Pie Sweet Cream Cold Brew offers a refreshing twist with cold brew coffee, pumpkin purée, white chocolate, sweet cream, and cinnamon.
Cold brew enthusiasts can enjoy the Pumpkin Pie Sweet Cream Cold Brew, sweetened with pumpkin purée and finished with whipped cream and cinnamon.
In addition to delicious treats, Paris Baguette is supporting community efforts through its partnership with No Kid Hungry.
From August 20 through September 30, customers can round up their café or online orders to contribute to ending childhood hunger in the United States, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to social impact through its “Love Baked In” program.
To sweeten the season, PB Rewards members can unlock exclusive perks, including bonus points for purchasing seasonal items and weekly drink discounts.
The brand’s “Pumpkin Challenge” and “Cookie Butter Challenge” offer 50 bonus points for buying five themed products within designated timeframes.
