Nissin Foods unveils limited-edition Thanksgiving cup noodles flavors

The launch is part of Nissin’s ongoing strategy to innovate within the instant noodle category while tapping into cultural moments.

USA – Nissin Foods has launched two limited-edition Cup Noodles flavors to celebrate Thanksgiving 2025, bringing a festive twist to the popular instant noodle brand.

The company has launched two limited-edition Cup Noodles flavors: Turkey Dinner and Pumpkin Pie, designed to deliver festive comfort in a slurpable, ready-in-minutes format.

Available exclusively at Walmart stores across the United States for just US$1.18 per cup, these seasonal offerings aim to redefine convenience food with a playful nod to America’s favorite holiday.

The Turkey Dinner flavor features a savory herb-seasoned broth infused with classic Thanksgiving ingredients like sweet corn, tangy cranberries, green beans, and tender noodles.

Meanwhile, the Pumpkin Pie variant offers a sweet, creamy blend of pumpkin spice and dessert-inspired notes, all packed into the iconic Cup Noodles format.

The launch, announced on October 15, 2025, is part of Nissin’s ongoing strategy to innovate within the instant noodle category while tapping into cultural moments.

“Say goodbye to dry,” the brand quipped in its announcement, promising “perfectly moist, slurpable goodness” that captures the essence of Thanksgiving without the hassle of cooking a full meal.

This isn’t the first time Nissin has experimented with unconventional flavors. Past limited-edition releases have included breakfast-themed noodles and spicy mashups, but the Thanksgiving duo pushes the boundaries even further by offering both savory and sweet options in one lineup.

The quirky flavors have sparked buzz on social media, with fans and skeptics alike eager to try the unconventional combinations.

Food bloggers and influencers have already begun taste-testing, with early reviews praising the Turkey Dinner for its nostalgic flavor profile and the Pumpkin Pie for its surprisingly smooth texture.

Nissin’s holiday-themed Cup Noodles are expected to be available through the end of November, or while supplies last.

The company has not confirmed whether the flavors will return in future seasons, making them a must-try for adventurous eaters and loyal Cup Noodles fans.

This creative product launch embodies Nissin’s goal of blending tradition with innovation while harnessing consumer trends toward experiential and shareable food moments.
