The launch forms part of Nestlé Toll House’s ongoing efforts to refresh its baking portfolio while maintaining its focus on the chocolate chip cookie category.

USA – Nestlé Toll House has expanded its refrigerated baking portfolio with the official nationwide launch of its new “Chocolate Chip Remix” cookie dough range, reimagining its iconic chocolate chip cookie with popular, on-trend flavours and mix-ins.
Debuting as a permanent addition to the company’s retail lineup, the trio of products elevates the brand’s iconic, 85-year-old original chocolate chip recipe by incorporating artisanal mix-ins and contemporary, on-trend flavor profiles.
The introduction of the premium range targets growing consumer demand for “nostalgic” food experiences, a market trend in which familiar, comfort-food childhood staples are structurally upgraded with sophisticated culinary twists.
According to corporate marketing executives, the goal is to bridge the emotional comfort of traditional home baking with the elevated taste elements that modern shoppers typically seek in high-end speciality bakeries.
The permanent headlining collection features three distinct ready-to-bake varieties.
The first option, Naturally Flavored Brown Butter Chocolate Chip, infuses the core dough base with complex toasted notes of brown butter and rich vanilla, paired with milk chocolate morsels made from 100% real chocolate.
The second variety, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, introduces hearty rolled oats and aromatic cinnamon to the original recipe to deliver a rich, homemade texture.
Rounding out the trio is the Inside Out Cookie, a flavour inversion that places vanilla-forward white candy morsels into deep, decadent, cocoa-infused cookie dough.
True to the brand’s operational format, the refrigerated dough is packaged in pre-scored, break-apart portions designed to balance convenience with freshly baked quality.
Nestlé engineered the specific fat-to-flour ratios of the Remix collection to maintain consistent structural properties during baking, ensuring that each batch yields the company’s signature texture profile characterized by a sharply caramelized, crispy outer edge and a soft, chewy core.
Andrew Kneale, Senior Manager of Brand Marketing at Nestlé Toll House, stated that the company is proud to put a fresh spin on a timeless American classic to deliver a more premium at-home kitchen experience.
The company confirmed that all three variations are actively rolling out to grocery stores, mass merchants, and supermarket chains across the United States.
Each 14-ounce package yields approximately 20 individual cookies and carries a suggested retail price of US$3.96, though exact shelf pricing will vary dynamically by regional retail partner.
