TURKEY – Milling industry professionals from across the globe convened at the Alapala Academy Training and Innovation Center in Çorum, Turkey, for an intensive two-week Head Miller training program.

Held from May 5 to 16, this flagship initiative drew participants seeking to deepen their understanding of modern milling processes, operational efficiency, and technological advancements shaping the sector.

The recent Head Miller training stood out by combining cutting-edge theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world applications.
