Stacy Taffet will be tasked with growing the company’s expanding snacks portfolio, including the iconic Reese’s and Dot’s pretzels.
USA – The Hershey Company has announced the appointment of Stacy Taffet as its Chief Growth Officer, effective April 14, 2025.
In her role, Stacy will lead Hershey’s enterprise strategy and key growth initiatives. This includes overseeing media and creative investments, marketing innovation, research and development, commercial and consumer intelligence, and brand reputation management.
Stacy is a decorated marketing executive with 20 years of transformative leadership experience, 15 of which have been in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
She has had a distinguished career at PepsiCo, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Beverage Portfolio Strategy and Marketing.
Throughout her tenure, she has consistently driven significant business growth by leading large teams and overseeing multi-billion-dollar brands, including successful marketing transformations for iconic names such as Pepsi and Bubbly.
Her expertise encompasses brand management, digital marketing, innovation strategy, and comprehensive commercial planning, all backed by a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth.
Recognized nationally for her accomplishments, Stacy has received awards like Brand Innovators Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing and AdAge Women to Watch. Additionally, she is actively engaged in her community, serving on various non-profit boards.
Stacy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
