General Mills Inc. is expanding its Old El Paso product lineup, while Kellanova is introducing new Rice Krispies Treats Bliss bars.

USA – General Mills Inc. has announced that it will add two new kits to its Old El Paso line: a birria taco kit and a breakfast taco kit, and make new additions to its Carb Advantage line.
The birria taco kit includes 10 soft tortillas, Tex-Mex seasoning, and a chipotle sauce. Meanwhile, the breakfast taco kit features six soft tortillas, a green chili sauce, and a queso cheese sauce.
Additionally, new products from the Carb Advantage lineup will include nacho cheese hard shells, soft tortillas, and a taco kit with soft tortillas, mild taco sauce, and taco seasoning. These new products will be available for purchase at Walmart.

Kellanova launches Rice Krispies Treats Bliss bars
Meanwhile, Kellanova is launching Rice Krispies Treats Bliss bars, which combine the classic marshmallow treat with a variety of toppings, including salty snacks. These bars aim to provide a multi-textural experience with a satisfying crunch.
Available in two flavors—Chocolate Sea Salt Pretzel and Caramel Sea Salt Pretzel—Rice Krispies Treats Bliss bars consist of crispy rice and chewy marshmallows, topped with semi-sweet chocolate chunks, caramel-flavored chips, and candied sea salt pretzels.
“The new Rice Krispies Treats Bliss flavors reimagine our bars as a canvas for gourmet topping combinations. More and more, we’re seeing fans elevate their Rice Krispies Treats bars at home with creative mix-ins, from candy to pretzels. With Rice Krispies Treats Bliss, we are bringing those confection-inspired creations straight to shelves, making it easier than ever to enjoy a next-level treat whenever the craving strikes,” said Danielle Rappoport, brand director for Rice Krispies Treats.
Rice Krispies Treats Bliss bars will be available in snack aisles nationwide starting in April, with a suggested retail price of US$3.99 for a 6-count box. These two new flavors are just the beginning, as the brand plans to introduce more products that feature layered textural ingredients atop the bars.
