First-ever AgroFood Summit 2025 to take place in Mersin, Türkiye

The summit will focus on the analysis of global and regional trends in grain, oilseed, and pulse markets.

TURKIYE – The Ukraine Pulse and Soybean Association, in collaboration with information and analytical agency APK-Inform, has announced the launch of the first-ever AgroFood Summit 2025, set to take place on November 19-21, 2025, at the Divan Mersin Hotel in Türkiye.

This landmark international event seeks to attract more than 500 participants representing agribusinesses, traders, processors, logistics providers, and investors from Ukraine, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, EU countries, China, India, Canada, and beyond.

According to the organizers, the choice of Mersin reflects its strategic role as one of the largest logistics hubs of the Eastern Mediterranean. The city hosts Türkiye’s biggest seaport and a Free Economic Zone, providing unique conditions for expanding trade flows to the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.

Comprehensive program for global agribusiness

The AgroFood Summit 2025 will span three dynamic days, featuring five thematic panels, keynote speeches from leading experts, and an exclusive tour of the Mersin Port terminal on November 7, a major agricultural and logistics hub on the Mediterranean.

Discussions will cover a wide spectrum of pressing topics:

  • Prospects for Ukrainian soybean exports;
  • The role of India, Canada, and China in the global pulse trade;
  • Competition in the oilseed raw material market;
  • Development of Türkiye’s milling and feed industries;
  • New routes and opportunities in global agri-logistics.

Further sessions will explore the impact of trade conflicts on grain flows, the leadership of Türkiye’s flour milling industry in global exports, supply trends from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and the EU, and the outlook for pulse and oilseed processing. Logistics developments from Central Asia to the Mediterranean will also be highlighted.

The summit will take place at the Radisson Hotel Mersin, a five-star venue offering modern facilities for high-level negotiations and networking.

The Ukraine Pulse and Soybean Association, established in 2015, unites Ukrainian farmers, processors, traders, and researchers to support the pulse and soybean sector. APK-Inform, meanwhile, is recognized as a leading information and market analysis agency in the agricultural sector across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
