FAMSUN launches FAMSCEND to elevate agri-food and pet food processing

CHINA – Global agri-food equipment leader FAMSUN Co., Ltd. has officially launched its new premium brand FAMSCEND, marking a major strategic shift toward high-value equipment for human and pet food production. 

The global unveiling ceremony, themed “Innovate · Ascend · Nourish”, was held at FAMSUN’s headquarters in Yangzhou and brought together more than 160 industry leaders, international partners, and media representatives.

According to the company, FAMSCEND signals its move “from scale leadership to value guidance,” an evolution reflecting global demand for safer, more nutritious, and more sustainable food-processing technologies. 

The brand’s mission, “Innovating to nourish a better world”, and vision, “A trustworthy partner, always”, define its new commitment to premium markets.

Four pillars for a new industrial future

FAMSCEND’s strategy rests on four foundational pillars that the company says will define the “value cornerstone” of its next-generation solutions.

The first, Customer-Oriented Innovation, will leverage FAMSUN’s R&D center and laboratory in the United States to design products around real-world challenges and ensure practical implementation. 

The second, Full Lifecycle Systematic Solutions, aims to support clients from project design and installation through to operation and maintenance, guaranteeing reliability and long-term stability.

Through the third pillar, Data-driven Intelligent Decision-making, FAMSCEND will integrate IoT and big data into its equipment to enable predictive maintenance, optimise efficiency, and enhance product quality. 

Finally, the brand’s Open and Win-win Industrial Ecology seeks to build collaborative partnerships across the value chain, promoting shared growth and sustainability.

Seminars accompanying the launch explored green manufacturing technologies, intelligent solutions, and global market trends in pet and human food. 

Industry experts from Southeast Asia, Europe, and South America exchanged insights on sustainability and innovation. 

International clients praised the event, noting that FAMSCEND’s concepts provided valuable references for overcoming industrial bottlenecks.

A welcome dinner followed the unveiling, offering a networking platform for partners and reaffirming FAMSUN’s commitment to building enduring collaborations worldwide.

Pioneering in pet food technology

FAMSUN’s launch of FAMSCEND follows a series of breakthroughs in the high-end pet food processing sector earlier this year. 

At PET FAIR ASIA 2025 in Shanghai on August 20, the company drew global attention with two new flagship innovations, the PX190 High-end Single-screw Pet Food Extruder and the CBHD1200 Baking & Drying Integrated Machine, alongside a digital factory solution that enhances precision and product traceability.

The PX190 Extruder, developed to meet “food-grade” safety standards, supports formulations containing up to 50% fresh meat slurry and enables production of fruit- and vegetable-based meals. 

Meanwhile, the CBHD1200 integrates baking and drying in one machine, offering “dual effects” that enhance energy efficiency while preserving natural nutrients and flavors.

FAMSUN also showcased its digital factory solution, which allows real-time data monitoring and intelligent control across production processes, ensuring efficiency and end-to-end traceability. 

These innovations earned the company the “Annual Excellence in Supply Chain Award” at the 2025 PFA Awards.

With its strong R&D capabilities and role in China’s national “14th Five-Year Plan” research initiative, FAMSUN is reinforcing its leadership in smart manufacturing.
